Operations · Training · Diligence
TMT Partners works inside plants and supply chains, not around them. Multi-site manufacturing experience across automotive, plastics, and PE-backed platforms informs every engagement.

Service · Turnaround
Cost, throughput, and quality problems rarely start on a spreadsheet. We work the floor first: identifying bottlenecks, resetting standard work, and rebuilding the metrics leadership actually trusts. Engagements run from stabilization through a documented path to target performance.
Service · Training
Plant managers and operations leaders learn fastest through structured practice, not slide decks. Training is built on real production data: root cause discipline, tiered accountability meetings, and the judgment calls that separate a good operator from a great one.
Service · Diligence
Financial models miss what a walk through the plant reveals in an hour. We support sponsors and independent sponsors with operational diligence built for industrial targets: capacity reality, tooling condition, customer concentration, and a clear view of what a hundred-day plan requires.
Approach
A structured review of the operation as it runs today, not as the org chart says it should run. Direct observation, plant floor to P&L, over the first two weeks.
Fix what is actively costing money or trust first. Standard work, metrics that hold up under scrutiny, and a leadership team aligned on the same priorities.
Build the systems and people who carry the improvement forward without an advisor in the room. The goal of every engagement is to become unnecessary.
Field Notes
Data & OEE
A plant ran on memory instead of measurement, and got surprised every week. Once real-time floor data was captured and validated, decisions became coherent for the first time. The lesson for any automation roadmap: data infrastructure comes before robots.
Lean & Sustainment
Twenty-three kaizens in eighteen months, and the waste came back every time. The fix was never better kaizens. It was building a management system that owned each standard and caught drift the day after the event closed.
Leadership
Most mid-market manufacturers promote their best operators into supervisor roles with no coaching after. Three observable measures close the gap fast: output versus plan, first-pass yield, and attendance, reviewed at every shift end.
Diligence
Every Gemba walk runs on three questions: what operators do outside the standard, where maintenance has deferred to the line, and what the team knows that the system does not. Where reality and the ERP disagree, that is the first value-creation target.

About
TMT Partners is built around operating experience, not frameworks borrowed from outside the industry. Carlos Sanchez Osorio has led multi-site manufacturing operations across the automotive supply chain and plastics injection molding, including COO-level responsibility inside PE-backed platforms.
That background sits behind every engagement. The plans TMT Partners builds are plans that have been run before, on a real production floor, under real customer pressure.
